Ian was a guy I met at college. He was more into rock than indie stuff, but I did get him into All About Eve. I'm certain we went to a few gigs together but I only remember him being at this one.  If memory serves me correctly, we had car trouble on the way home that necessitated us having to pull over onto the hard shoulder of the M5.

I thought All About Eve were great though. Strangely, they played more tracks from their first album than they did from the record they were touring.
