DAS KOOLIES

MrsRobster missed out through work the first time I saw Das Koolies, so I had hoped they'd be a better spectacle this time around for her. They weren't. Sound-wise it was OK, but once again the vocals were pre-recorded and they played behind a wall of electronic stuff and screens. At least this time on a higher stage we could see their faces, but while the tunes were top notch, we didn't get much more out of it than we would have if we'd stayed home and put the records on loud.
There's very little live footage of Das Koolies online and nothing from this particular tour that I can see so I won't post anything. Just play the albums, it's much the same effect.
